Dua for a pure and blessed child
When asking for a child or for the well-being of one already given.
Rabbi hab li min ladunka dhurriyyatan tayyibah, innaka samee'ud-du'a'.
My Lord, give me from Yourself good offspring; surely You are the One who hears every prayer.

After witnessing the miraculous provision given to Maryam, Zakariyya's heart stirred with hope. If Allah could provide sustenance out of season, surely He could grant a child beyond expectation.
