Dua for loneliness
When feeling lonely, isolated, or whispered to by negativity.
Wa qul Rabbi a'oodhu bika min hamazatish-shayateen. Wa a'oodhu bika Rabbi an yahduroon.
And say: My Lord, in You I take refuge from the goadings of the devils, and in You, my Lord, I take refuge from their ever coming near me.
Qur’an 23:97-98
Allah commanded His Messenger to seek protection from the whispers that isolate the heart. When loneliness creeps in, it is often the work of Shaytan. This dua is a shield against that darkness.
