Dua for steadfast prayer
Before every salah, and when worried about the spiritual state of family.
Rabbi ij'alni muqeemas-salati wa min dhurriyyati, rabbana wa taqabbal du'a'.
My Lord, make me steadfast in prayer, and my descendants too. Our Lord! And accept my prayers.
Qur’an 14:40
Ibrahim did not merely ask for prayer in his own life. He asked for it to continue through his children and their children. A reminder that our worship is not only for us, but for those who come after.
